Gatsby Software Inc. Announces Gatsby Design Assistant 4.0

Research Triangle Park, NC, November 11, 2004 — Gatsby Software Inc. introduces Gatsby Design Assistant 4.0, a functional prototyping tool that allows database analysts and architects to get feedback from domain experts early in the design process so any problems can identified early — when they're easier and more cost effective to fix.

“It's difficult for domain experts to get a sense of the solution without something tangible to play with.” says Shawn Cannon, President of Gatsby Software Inc. “Gatsby Design Assistant gives them a fully functional prototype application to test real world scenarios against which helps root out missing or hidden requirements.”

Gatsby Design Assistant requires Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Microsoft Windows XP SP2 and the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0.

Gatsby Design Assistant 4.0 is expected to be available 45 days after the official release of the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0. Licenses will be available for $12,500 USD per seat, per year. Each license includes five support incidents for use over the first 90 days, as well as free maintenance builds and minor upgrades.
